I ordered before the pre-sale announcement, is my previous order eligible?
Yes, any and all customers who have pre-ordered any album format of the below will be eligible for pre-sale access
- St James’ Park Picture Disc formats
- SF3 formats
- People Watching album formats
Please note, your order MUST have been made via our UK store https://shop.samfender.com/Orders from other retailers or stores that are not the UK store, will NOT be eligible for pre-sale access.
Please also note, merchandise orders or orders of the People Watching CD or Vinyl 7” single will NOT be eligible for pre-sale access, unless you have additionally ordered any of the above titles.

You will receive your unique pre-sale code via email by 19:00 on Monday 17th February 2025 together with a link to the ticket provider’s website where you can redeem the pre-sale code to purchase tickets once the pre-sale window opens.
What do I do if I haven't received my presale code?
If you do not receive your pre-sale code via email by 19:00 on Monday 17th February 2025, please get in touch with our customer services team by submitting a request here.
I signed up with the incorrect email address/no longer have access to my email address, what should I do?
We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the email address you have provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam. If you have used an incorrect email, please get in touch who our Customer Service team here who will try their best to assist but please note, we cannot guarantee that the code will not be sent to the email you used to sign up with.
When does the pre-sale begin?
The pre-sale window will begin at approximately 11am on Tuesday 18th February 2025. The pre-sale code can only be used once. The pre-sale code is personal to you and cannot be used by or transferred to anyone else. Tickets will be available for purchase by the general public from 10am on Friday 21st February 2025.
What do I do if I experience technical issues when purchasing tickets?
We do not accept responsibility for any technical issues experienced when purchasing tickets via the ticket provider’s website. The pre-sale gives you access to the pre-sale and is not a guarantee that you will be able to buy tickets to the Tour. If you experience issues on the ticket providers site, please contact the ticket provider directly, as their CS team will be able to assist you best.
I have only received one code, but I made multiple orders.
You will only receive one code per email address. Even if you have made multiple orders, you will only receive one access code.
I registered on the No Purchase Necessary (NPN) form; how can I check if I'll receive the code?
If you have registered via the No Purchase Necessary link - https://live.umusic.com/samfenderpw2025 - then you will receive a pre-sale code. Codes will be sent to the email that was used to sign up, so please ensure you use the correct email to sign up.
Is my Presale Code Valid to use across all U.K. & Ireland Tour Dates?
Tour dates available for the pre-sale are limited to the dates and venues within the UK and Ireland only, as set out below:
